NoteDraft is a free online notepad and notes app that opens ready to type — no login, no download, no account. Jot something down, make a checklist or a to-do list, and find every note again in one searchable list. Notes save automatically in your browser, keep working offline, and can be shared with a link or saved as a PDF.
No sign-up, no landing page, no new-document dialog. The page is the notepad, and the first line you type becomes the note's title.
Every change is saved to your browser within half a second. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and your note is where you left it.
Type [] and press Enter to start a checklist, then tick items off. Bulleted and numbered lists work the same way with - and 1.
The note is compressed into the link itself. Send it to anyone and they can open it — no account on either side.
Deleted notes wait in the Trash for 30 days. Back up every note to a single file whenever you like, and restore it on any computer.

Press the checklist button in the toolbar, type / and choose Checklist, or type [] at the start of a line and press Enter. Click a box to tick it off.
Share creates a link that contains the note itself. Anyone with the link can open it, so treat it as you would the note.
Yes. Press Open next to New note (Ctrl/⌘+O) or drop files on the page — several at once if you like. Text and Markdown open as a note; code and data files (.js, .html, .css, .py, .json, .csv, .log…) open in a code block with every space and tab kept. Save it again with Download → Plain Text.
For everyday edits, yes: code blocks have line numbers, Tab indentation and syntax highlighting. It has no plugins, macros or regex replace. See Notepad++ online: the options.
Yes. Tap the list button at the top left to see your notes, and + for a new one. Notes are not synced between devices; send one across with a share link, or move a backup file.
